STATEMENTHaving now entered our sixth year of existence, the passion, knowledge and insight of our contributing staff may very well make Amplifier Magazine the foremost publication specializing in the genres of Pop and Melodic/Roots Rock music (and any of the highly inventive hybrids thereof). With so much good music going on out there for the melodically-inclined ear, we feel fortunate that a knowledgeable and appreciative guide like Amplifier has been able to carve out an important niche for itself in the world of independent publishing. Our extensive record reviews section, numerous and varied editorial features, and a combination of forward thinking and retrospective columns and departments make Amplifier an important resource for music aficionados around the globe. Whether major, indie or DIY labels or artists, Amplifier's quest is to hold a bright light to what we consider to be the most talented artists on the scene today. Subscriptions A one-year subscription consists of six issues. The cost is $19.95 ($34.95 two years) delivered in the U.S., $25.95 ($45.95 two years) to Canada and Mexico, $33 overseas (via surface mail) and $66 overseas (via airmail).
