Beat together the first six ingredients until smooth.
Spray 8" x 11" pan with PAM. Spread grated cheddar cheese
evenly over the bottom of pan and gently pour batter over it.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes; then lower heat to 300°F
Mix the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Gently spread topping over the crust. Bake an additional
25 minutes at 300°F. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Makes 8 servings –– 2 net grams of carbohydrate per serving.
